Please try to arrive a few minutes early so we can get settled and start on time, and iron out any potential technical difficulties. I want you to get the maximum time immersed in all the good stuff we have planned for you!  

I will be recording the program for future use and reference. You will all receive a link to that content. 

There will be a lunch break – during that time you can either stay on and eat with me virtually for some casual additional question time, or sign off and come back after lunch. It’s your choice!

Please dress comfortably and casually, and bring a journal and a pen that writes nicely (this always helps my self-reflection juices flow!).
